Sometimes it's like. I know it's not good to think SUCH thoughts. But... I mean although you can 'convince' us that all parts are all equally important and such. But I'm SOOO sorry that I'm feeling this. But I AM. I don't want to lie and say I'm not.
THIS really sucks. I can still remember 3 years ago in secondary 2, my literature text was Animal Farm by George Orwell. And there was this part where Napoleon (the antihero?) changed one of the Animal Law from "All animals are equal" to "All animals are equal. But some are more equal than others."
In secondary 2 I used to scoff whenever I read this part and think that it was FUNNY. But now. I scoff at the truth of the matter. Unfortunately honey, this is what we REALITY. It's the truth. And sadly, in my opinion, people don't like it because this is PAINFUL to know that we are residing in the "lower" caste. Hence we try to make ourself feel better by arguing that we are all EQUAL.
But if that's the case, why can't an Alto sing a Soprano part? Okay. Theory come in. Cause an alto can't hit the notes.
Really? So now we are CATEGORIZED into voice parts?! We are no longer voices, we are a voice part. Once an alto, forever an alto? I guess this is what it means.
Lolol. My brain is exploding with different things and this is no longer having a "thread". I'm really going off topic.
So lemme just summarize this directionless and no meaning post.
1) Equality is (highly likely to be full of) nonsense. Its an IDEAL scenario. But unfortunately, IDEAL never occur. Utopia is something that can never be achieved. Whether you like it or not, some groups will be preferred over the others. There might be EXCEPTIONS. But this is the law of nature. Life's never fair. So suck it up.
2) I don't think I'm wrong to feel disappointment. To certain extent, I think people should be a little happy that I'm feeling disappointed. Cause it shows how much I really care about the part? It's not about anything. But it's like... I don't know how to further explain.
So here's an analogy. Somebody gives you a gift. After 2 weeks, he return and take away the gift and pass it to someone else. ALTHOUGH a gift is something that is not yours to demand, but when it's removed, wouldn't you feel disappointed?
One can only feel accomplishment when they feel disappointment. Feeling disappointment after the gift is taken away just shows how much the person really love the gift. Doesn't it?
3) Yes. I'm not doing the solo part for Cantate Domino.

"Everyone is equal"
"Life is never fair"
See the irony?
With this 2 proverbs conflicting each other, disappointment is bound to exist. Cause people will believe in the former proverb and forget that the latter proverb is still in the equation. It's like an oxymoron in action. We are living in an unfair but equal world? Wow.
P.s: Let me put something upfront. I'm not against him. I don't hate him or anything. I'm just venting my disappointment (if that makes sense) in the fact that... Well, the Sopranos solo part went to the sopranos... :B laugh at me some more. Yeah. I'm not angry. Just purely disappointed. Although I sincerely know that it seems like I'm mad or what. But I'm not. (: anger is different from disappointment. Anger might come out of disappointment, but it also might not. :P
P.s.p.s: OKAY. Fine. I admit. I'm just being a baby :P half of this are really just sputters of volcano from a non agitated volcano. They were just randomness in a sense. But somehow I felt a link. When really, there's none. Keke! Don't feel offended any sopranos! I'm not hating on you. I'm just commenting about how unfair life can be and trying to make my disappointment valid :B
OKAY. Seriously. This is a pointless post. Well kinda. I mean... #shrugs.

the KETTLE is hot. Either you strike or get stroke.
On the bus home from chorale. Today had a fun time in chorale. There are like 2 events that I would love to highlight. One is a honor for me. Another is something that I really want to hide from and just bury myself under my blanket and sleep away the memory. Not that I can't. But what's the fun of hiding stuff that can make your day brighter? Everybody has embarrassing moments. How severe your embarrassment is just depends on how you handle it.
So what do you want first? Hearing my earth-swallow worthy story or my croon-worthy story? Or would you rather chronological order?
Well lets go for chronological order shall we? So according to the timing that the 2 events happen, my embarrassing moment comes first. So here it goes... Feel free to laugh. Like it doesn't really matter. If telling you my embarrassing moment will bring you a smile, then for you (:
Now so we are doing this song called Luk Luk Lumbu and Darius ask for volunteers to form a choreograph team. (OH GOD. Even typing it makes me laugh with embarrassment.)
And for a while, like a super LONG while after, people finally volunteered. And then Darius said in a super (I feel) mad voice "stand up." And I stood up. Turned out he was asking those who had volunteered to... Yeah complete my sentence.
Lets have a minute of silence to commemorate the passing of my reputation that had died actually way before this thing.
WELL and of course I gasped and was like "Wait? Why am I standing." And guess what, everybody laughed. At me. Oh gosh. That was so embarrassing and FUNNY at the same time. So after awhile, while they were still clapping, I tried my best to pick up whatever pride I had by waving. Haha. And of course thank them for laughing at the joke. (:
Sometimes, I do the most embarrassing stuff EVER (like wearing a near translucent pants out. GOD. Never forgetting that...), not purposely, but like by accident. And every single time I wish the ground would just slide open and swallow me. But of course we know, that wouldn't happen.
If the law of nature permitted, I would gladly bury my head in the ground. Just like an ostrich. But of course, it is impossible. Hence what I say?
Strike when the kettle is hot.
Seems like a misuse of an idiom. But I don't think so. I mean my stand is that the joke isn't really me. Is what I DID. So I don't really mind laughing at myself for what I did especially when it is THAT EMBARRASSING AND YKNOW? LAUGH WORTHY. I mean if it was someone else, I would have laughed my ass of. So instead of being a sulky pot, why not laugh with it and make it into a good laugh? (: like that EVERYBODY also will be happy. Hahah. But of course after awhile, the embarrassment slipped away and back to normal. (: *coughs.
Now that is ALL for my embarrassing moment. Now is for my LOVELY moment!
I might be singing a solo part in this concert! :DD
HAHA! What happen was that for the piece Cantate Domino, there are like 2 'solo' parts. The first solo is taken by the Sopranos and the second solo is taken by the Altos. But due to unforeseen changes, the first solo part has been passed to us, Alto. And Darius wants TWO from Alto to sing this part.
And as always, we were asked if there was any volunteers. And Qing Yee was the first one to volunteer.
You know, to be seriously honest, I want to do the solo. I mean its an opportunity. How many times do an alto get a solo? Huh? Rarely! So it's like such a rare chance. I hesitate was to see if any of the seniors wants to do it. Cause I think that's only polite right? Cause seniors will graduate early. So technically speaking we could always have other chances for a solo.
When I saw that nobody raised up my hand, I was like "okay, gonna do this." And before I raised my hand, I saw Dian (my sectional leader) looking at me and when our gaze met, she asked me if I was up for it. And I nodded like super excitedly.
The thing about solo is that cause there is very little people seeing, the individual become super important. It's especially so when everybody starting note depends on your ending note.
But intimidating as it seems, I believe that this will spur my growth. It's like an opportunity to grow even further is dangling right in front of your eyes. If you want to do it, why not?
Like what Pocahontas sings "How high the sycamore. If you cut it down you will never know."
In life, there are multiple first time. Every fast runner begin with a small step. The thing is if you are scared to fall, you will never be able to run. So if you are given the opportunity to run, why not?
Strike when the kettle is hot.

Confession, confessions. "Pessimistic vs Realistic"
He make me laugh like no other.
With him, all somehow is good. I try my best. I perhaps want your approval. I perhaps want you to look at me. I perhaps just want your attention.
It doesn't really matter if its just a glance. The feeling still remains. That gulf of warmth that subdues me and somehow prevents my lungs from taking a new gulp of air.
It's strange. But somehow I welcome it? It's like my little guilty pleasure? I crave for it more and more. Perhaps this is what I'm looking forward for every time I see you. Your gaze. The same fleeting gaze.
I think I will melt if you looked straight at me longer then a glance.
But, what can I do? Except tell myself to get a grip. Cause this is just a fantasy. And fantasy never come alive. Never did, never will.
This is the rule of life that never change despite eras of destruction, construction and reconstruction. Deaths and passing of kings and queens. Rise and fall of powerful nations that seized entire control of a particular colony. Despite how many years pass, as long as the sun rises from the east and sets from the west, fantasies will remain solely in dreamland.
Once or twice, the dream will come alive. But I would rather believe in the thousand times that it didn't than get my hope up for that small glimmer of hope.
I'm not being pessimistic. Just realistic. The world isn't sprinkled with fairy dust. Every one of us have the right to know that the world isn't a Disney princess movie where everybody lives happily ever after.
Life is never fair, life is never kind. Therefore, for now, this shall continue to remain a mystery for reality.
And while typing this post, guess what happens? My crush came up the bus. Pshhhh.

18 October - Insanity at its best! Trip to USS (PART I)
OH HAIIII!
Yep, I do know that this blog hasn't been updated since I don't know when. HAHA! Has been super busy with stuff and especially since school is starting in like less than 2 days, I need to reset my body clock so that it's suitable for school days.
Anyway, this thursday (18 October 2012), me and Jiayu went to Universal Studios Singapore!
Well, but cause I got to take a picture with it, I don't have any further thing to say about it except I can't understand their logic. So we originally wanted to take picture with the globe before we went to buy the tickets, but later thought otherwise when we saw how CROWDED the perimeters of the globe was and went to buy the tickets first. Well, I mean the globe won't run away right? HAHA.
So we went to queue up for the tickets and I realized that the queue seems to move like super slowly cause at almost every single corner, there will be at least one tourist/group taking a picture. And apparently they want full length pictures seeing how far the photographer is standing from the person in the picture. And because of that, the queue for an instant seems like its totally stagnant. When its not. Its like totally a false impression please? Psh.
Well, anyway other than that, we got our tickets rather quickly. And instead of paying normal price for the tickets, we paid $55 per ticket. And reason for it is cause we are students! Polytechnic students to be exact... and at this time, we have this offer that say if we present our Matriculation card, we need not pay the full price and will have a approximately $10 discount. Hence $55 for the tickets. Well, no complains about it! We clinched such a sweet deal #whistles.
Well, so after we got our ticket, we faced a dilemma (That recurred throughout the day.) and that is how on earth do we take a full body picture of both of us together? Well ask someone to help us take right? I mean duh. Yah, but imagine one whole bunch of people taking pictures and we are like looking at who is free to help us take. Haish... but thank God, we met several kind people who agreed to help us take(: But mostly we just take individual pictures (hence explaining alot of solo pictures.)
After taking the necessary pictures outside of USS, we finally entered USS and although we saw Po from Kungfu Panda, we totally skipped him and went straight to the rides.
The first ride we took was Battle Star Galitica - Human. HAHA, and cause we weren't allowed to bring loose stuff like bags, hats, sunglasses up the ride, we went to book a locker that is free for the initial 30minutes. And because sunglasses were prohibited on the ride, so we deduced that this would mean that spectacles was too not allowed, so for like the 30minutes, I was as blind as a bat. Also, cause handphone was also not allowed, we could not take any pictures or whatsoever. So /: Yeah, so after riding the Human track for I think 3 times, we went to ride the Cylon track twice. However, the second one it started to drizzle and we were like super worried that we can't ride it, cause some rides will be closed when its raining or drizzling. However, we could ride it. Cause I think the rain wasn't that strong YET.
Although it was like the same ride, but in the rain, everything somehow feel different. Like when its raining, there's a different kind of thrill and excitement. Well one new experience is when the droplets of rain were like dropping on the underside of my eyes when we did the 360 degrees loop. Really hard to explain the entire experience. But, the exhilaration was like literally at a new pinnacle. If the rain didn't seem to intensify, I reckon that I might go and ride it a third ime. But I didn't.
Cause it was close to pouring outside, we decided to play an indoor roller coaster instead, and one of the rides that has been constantly said as brilliant, was the Return of the Mummy ride. So we went there. Like the Battle Star Galatica ride, no loose articles were allowed, so we had to go and grab a locker. But because it was raining, everybody had the exact same thinking as us and was rushing to the Mummy's ride so the lockers area was flooding with people. Thankfully, we managed to get a locker after much queuing in the lockers. Once we got our stuffs safe and locked in the locker, we went to queue up for the ride. Now like Battlestar Galatica, I placed my spectacles in my bag which was in the locker so I could not see clearly. When we entered the ride's compound, the first thing I could figure out was the walls littered with hieroglyphs (also known as the Ancient Art of Egyptian Writing). And instantly I'm like "Prince of Egypt!" in my mind. Until half way through the maze that led to the ride, I kinda realized in my mind that Prince of Egypt is a Disney film #facepalm .. /:
Well, I know its like a little stupid of me, I mean this ride is endeared as the "Mummy" ride, and Prince of Egypt clearly has no signs of ANY Mummy. However, I don't watch the Mummy flicks, I only see it in the advertisements, so if I see anything Egyptian, I would naturally link it to Prince of Egypt which is the ONLY show I watched that had something to do in Ancient Egypt. So super sorry that I'm so much in love with the Prince of Egypt.
The places we could stand was really limited cause it was pouring so we could only take pictures when we were certain that there would be shelter. Hence the 2 pictures above were taken under an arch.
While walking, we saw like this theater and since it was still raining, we decided to go and watch the shop hopefully when we exit the theater, the rain would either be lighter or in the best case, completely ceased.
The show was called Donkey Live and basically its a live show hosted by Donkey (who is well known as being Shrek's side kick voiced by Eddie Murphy in the movie). In order to enter the theater, it took well, quite awhile. And considering the long wait to enter, we somehow would expect more from the show. I mean this is sort of like to compensate the long wait right? But turn out? The show was brilliant for young kids. But for kids a little older, it was simply boring and would only be fun if you hype yourself up. Or else, it was rather dry. After watching this performance, I was so disappointed and let down that I decided not to watch any more shows.
One good thing, however came out from the show. After watching the show and exiting from the theater, we realized that the rain has finally stopped! So we could now walk without the need of an umbrella or finding shelters! Still in Far Far Away, we went further down to take some more pictures.
The lamp picture was actually a rather hilarious picture (for me), cause I originally wanted to do a very common hugging pose (with a lamp), but turn out, the lamp base was too fat... so it kind failed... But, oh well! After this picture, we finally exited land of Far Far Away!
Other than the carousel, we did not play any other games.

But, the exhilaration was like literally at a new pinnacle. If the rain didn't seem to intensify, I reckon that I might go and ride it a third ime. But I didn't.
Feelings for Battle Star Galatica (Human) - Although people were like "Hey, this is like the main thing of USS." but honestly, I was like super duper lukewarm with it. I don't know. But although they say that the Human track has loops and stuff, but I can't really feel it. Its like, a very meh experience. I know its hard to believe cause I'm like screaming, but its the thing that screaming makes the entire experience fun. But honestly, I'm a tad disappointed cause to me, it really did not meet my expectation. When I came down the first time I was like, "Oh, okay".
Feelings for Battle Star Galatica (Cylon) - This was slightly better then the former. Maybe cause the track is more elaborated and all. In the entire track, you go through the 360 degrees loop like twice and each time you go through it, the bottom of the loop will be a ditch with mist spraying. So that is the only thing that was different so to speak. But overall, I personally felt that it wasn't worth that much cooing.
| Remember this scene from the Prince of Egypt? - Hieroglyphs can be seen in between the drawings. |
Anyway, cause of the rain, we took the ride twice, and for both times I was super worried/scared. And both time was for entirely different reasons. The first one I can prolly laugh at my cowardice, but the second one, i would push the blame to that particular reason.
Feelings for the Return of the Mummy ride: For the first time I rode it, I was a little paranoid everytime the ride came to a stop when it has not even ended (which FYI, is like 5 times?!) and the reason was cause alot of people were talking about the dropping of a mummy which I was super freaked out by. So everytime the ride stopped (somehow I rationalized that that's where the mummy can appear since its like.. you know?) I got super paranoid and began peeking through my fingers cause I didn't want to see the mummy drop from the ceiling and scare the shit out of me. Turn out? There was NO mummy dropping. Don't get your hopes up kiddos. Those times when the mummy is seen above you, its not even scary. Sure you get a shock of your life, but its not enough to induce a screaming frenzy. And the sudden backward jerk? Psh! The only time I will say that was truly scary was when the mummys suddenly pop out on your sides and some water splash onto you. Not, its not really that scary.
However one thing I would so totally love to credit is that the effects were real good. There was this scene when the top suddenly was in flame (CGI btw...) and you honestly can feel it warming up like the fire is actual some legit burning fire. Another thing was the lighting, at some moments, the lighting were just magnificent and breath taking. However, it didn't add much on to the spectacle of the ride. It was just like a small cherry on the watery sundae.
The second time however, I was totally worried about the entire ride safety. And the reason why is cause this lady beside me, wore her raincoat up on the ride and before she put on the harness and stuff, she took out her raincoat, folded it and sandwiched in between the harness and I'm not sure what's the other thing. And that really freaked me out. Imagine what was to happen if the raincoat drop out of the ride? It will fall onto the track and then it might jam some gears and then something will happen! I was literally praying super hard before the ride started that nothing will happen in the duration of the ride. And THANK GOD nothing happen. Kids, when the instructions say to remove all loose particular INCLUDING RAINCOATS, please jolly well remove it. If you don't value your safety, I value mine. Totally pissed off with the lady's inconsiderate act. I know it might seem like I'm over reacting, but honestly, I really don't want to die cause of someone's idiocy. If anything WERE to happen to the ride, I would rather it be due to a system error or SOMETHING that could not be controlled and not cause someone's RAINCOAT fell out of the cabin and got caught in the gears blahblahblah! GOSH!
After the second ride, I just got super sian with the ride (prolly cause of the disappointment and all?) and we decided to catch some shows and just walk around while its raining. And so that was exactly what we did. So we took out the map and decided to go and take a short walk and take pictures as much as we could #fauxtourist. So beside Ancient Egypt was the Lost World which was basically Jurassic Park! We decided not to go in but instead take some pictures with the figures at the Lost World entrance
Look what I found! Eggs! :DD
Now, there's a reason why I am standing under the dinosaur and pointing at the eggs (disputably the Dinosaurs leg). well the reason is at this time it was raining, pouring actually, and we only have one umbrella. And if one was to take it, the other one would be wet. And both isn't a good thing. So later I realized that we could actually stand under the dinosaur, that person would be sheltered from the rain. Hence, the post. HAHA! Well you can clearly see a massive dinosaur (from the background and the leg) and the egg in the middle. HAHA! So job well done~~ :D
HAHA, after taking picture with this big guy, we decided to continue our journey and travel to the land of Far Far Away, where we decided to stop and take more pictures.
I found it! I found it! I'm at Far Far Away Land!
And in the background, you can see the castle in the Far Far Away Land
While walking, we saw like this theater and since it was still raining, we decided to go and watch the shop hopefully when we exit the theater, the rain would either be lighter or in the best case, completely ceased.

OOTD! 9th Oct 2012
the LOOK;Top: Black singlet with gold beaded neckline - Pasar Malam; $10
Outerwear: Cream cardigan - Pull and Bear; ~$40
Bottom: High waisted dark wash denim jeans - Gift
Accesories:
1) Cream suede cord woven in stainless steel chains - Self made
2) Plain metal chain - Gift that I did some adjustment
3) Disney Name Necklace - gift from Jia Qi
Shoes: Black pumps (flats) - Topshop
Yep! For today's OOTD I used another template cause I felt that the previous one wasn't really that nice. So I changed it! :D
Yeah. To a lot of people, this outfit is a little more formal/nicer. Well yeah kinda. Cause I'm like wearing jeans when I usually were shorts right? HAHA! But it's actually quite normal.../:
Well, like last OOTD post, there will be no write up. Cause this is a pretty straight forward genre of posts. Don't know what to explain. Why and how I put together the pieces?
Well actually originally I already knew that I wanted to wear jeans that day simply cause I felt like wearing it. So it was time to choose my top. For my top I decided to wear the singlet since it has been a while since I last wore it and it can be worn when I go to USS with Jiayu next week. So I wore that. And to cover up (and warmth), I wore my cream cardigan which served as a contrast against the dark colors worn under (black singlet, dark blue jeans).
For accessories, I kept my Disney necklace on. For arm candy, I chose a dainty piece rather than my usual strong pieces cause I felt that this outfit on its own was already pretty tough with the statement neckline and all. So just to balance the scale, decided to top it up with that bracelet and the separate chain that I just put on so that it looked nicer on my wrist. Actually, it's just a preference.
Yah! That's all for this post!(:

Seriously? Gosh. #facepalms
Now not going to mention names, but just gonna say how utterly aghast am I when I see the most RANDOM people on Facebook posing and modeling. And here I am in front of my computer doing a HUMONGOUS facepalm.
I mean come on, modeling is not ALL about the pose. Give some credit to the face too! A beautiful face (admit it)) is what truly makes a model a model. Not the way you dress or 'pose'. Cause honey, even orang utans and baboons can pose for the camera. But does that automatically make them a model? NO right? Anybody can pose. What make the difference is the face.
If just by posing ALONE, then this should be a BRILLIANT shot. Geez!
Anyway, this outfit I wore was worn yesterday! Yessss! I know that I'm still owing 2 OOTDs (opps... :x) HAHA! Well that's another post. But for now! I shall just end here! :DD

OOTD! - 7th October 2012~~
YAY! Once again it's the time for another Outfit of the Day post! (: well, I mean. Come on, this kind of stuff is pretty much standard. So well, without further ado, let's begin! (:
the LOOK:
Dress; Chinatown boutique
Jacket; ~$35. Pull & Bear, Bugis+
Accessories;
1) Belt: ~$10. Roadside store near Temasek Polytechnic
2) USA Disney Necklace: Gift
3) Zebra Ring: ~$10. A boutique at Arab Street
Shoes; ~$20. Chinatown boutique
Yeah! So today I wore my prom dress once again. No special reason. No special guy to impress either. Just felt like wearing it again so that I'm like a few wears closer to throwing it into the laundry. (:
Instead of wearing it with the denim jacket the previous time, I wore it with my cream cardigan instead. Swapping out the denim with the cotton (or what material is that?) really made the outfit really soft instead of having a tinge of edge and toughness.
Also, unlike the previous outfit, the belt was placed over the cardigan instead of under the cardigan. Placing the belt over the cardigan synch in the waist line as well as tie the entire outfit together. Cause the cardigan is rather loose fitting, in other words not form fitting. Hence, it might come off very unpolished or the entire outfit won't come together. Hence (;
For accessories I kept it relatively simple and more to the soft side. I replaced my usual metallic bracelets with my black hair tie which acts like a thin bracelet very easily. To top it all off, I wore my zebra ring that I got at Arab Street not awhile back (:
Well for shoes I wore my white pumps. And that is pretty much it for this post! Thank you for reading! (:

Wicked - Chester See
YouTube is really such a marvelous place. There you can find people who are über talented that are totally not related to any media company. They are like the raw diamonds that polish themselves by their own. Their shine comes not from what the producing company dictates but rather on the experience they gained through their course of life and such.
One Youtuber that I happened to chance upon and really really like is Chester See. He has a very suave kind of humor and best of all, he's musically talented on both the piano and vocal. He also have a flare in penning songs and acting. Yeah! He's that awesome :DD
Well, so I was searching through his channel and I saw a new video that he posted titled "Wicked". And in the starting video, he appeals to all to pay attention to the lyrics cause he is going to make a music video and he needs idea for this.
As I listen to the song I was getting something. However, unlike many people I didn't comment. Reason? The plot will make an awesome one-shot.
Well, let's give it a shot (; but it won't be today! Maybe tomorrow? Okay! That's all for this post! Will see you soon! Meanwhile, give the song a go! (;

le Prank
Okay, now before I start this post, I would like to put this thing across. At no expense am I trying to send some one on a guilt trip or am I trying to shame that person. I will not confirm anything. This is just to bring across my point. Whether you agree or not, frankly, I don't care. But this is my stand and my belief. So just wanna put an end to this. Many of my friends have been asking me for a period why I seem so pissed off with a certain person. Well, this is the reason.
So, flash back to a month ago. It was in the afternoon and I was on my laptop, and then I received this message from mr. X (NOTE: no names will be disclosed in this post)
Now, I have a habit that I admit. When I read the review of the message, I will somewhat get a certain kind of feel, and with that feel I decide whether or not I'm going to read through it. Now, when I received this text, I felt like just deleting it. But because I was kind of pissed off, I skimmed through the text and just derived the bottom line.
And although I don't like him, but the thing is that, to reject someone, it's never a nice feeling. So with whatever good feeling I have, I replied.
and guess what he replied?
When I read that, I was like super duper shocked. I stun for awhile and just replied
Now, after awhile, when everything has FINALLY registered, I realized what he did and I honestly almost flared up. Now thinking back, he should be glad I held back. If I was this calm and composed, he will already have gotten a tongue lashing (which he did get, but that's later down). So after awhile, AAA texted me and was like asking if she could ask me something, and I was like "Sure! Ask away." and she was like telling me that recently, XXX has been constantly sending her text messages asking her if I am angry with him. And then just today, he sent a super weird message. And so when I asked her to send me the message, guess what? Bingo! Its the exact same message.
Well, for one, it's a relief. That means it really IS just a prank. However, that showed alot of him. And many of the things that were revealed, I seriously dislike it.
I know this is just for 'fun' and many people will say that I'm over-reacting. But if you don't talk about anything and just put yourself in my shoes, then we will see what you say okay? Now the first thing that upset me was the fact that he pulled a prank on my feelings. I mean, playing a trick on someone saying that today is a holiday when there is still school is acceptable. But, when it comes to other people's feelings, do you really think its so fun to play afool with it? I mean take it this way, what happen if a girl comes to you and say "Hey, XXX, I like you" and than after that turn around and say "Nah, I'm just kidding. Its a joke! HAHA! I pranked you!" How the hell would you feel. Can you still smile and say "Well, its all for the fun of it. So yeah, sure". No seriously. Are you really that sure you will react that way?
Secondly, they did not even think about how the girls would feel. They just went ahead and do it. What happen if a girl really like you, mr XXX and she said yes and confessed. What are you then going to do? Have you ever considered how everything will turn out if this happens? Can you imagine how hurt and embarrassed the girl will be. Don't ever say that it won't happen to me. Always remember Murphey's Law:
Another thing that bothers me is the lack of backbone. Now, many will say that I'm judging too fast. But you know what, I don't give a hoot. This is what we call 'impression'. Impressions need not be accurate, but impressions will make a world of a difference. And from the way he act in this scenario, the thing that come off to me is that he is a very weak person that cannot stand by his ideals. Either that, or he is just very screwed up. My point is revolved around this that in life, everybody is given a choice. YES, this might jolly well be a dare, but he could still choose to send it or not. Even when somebody is holding you at gunpoint threatening to give up all your money, you still have a choice whether or not to give up your cash or not. This is called free will, and this is the only thing that can separate us humans from animals. So using the reason that its a dare its just super cowardly and just shows that you cannot stand up for your own ideals. Like what many always say,
Sure, I can understand where XXX is coming from, but that doesn't mean that I NEED to accept it. No. No stinking way. After this, I have entirely no idea if I can trust him. I mean come on, he had the audacity to prank my feelings when we aren't even close. Heck! Even my best guy friend don't even pull a prank on my feelings, how dare he do it? Moral is, I can't trust somebody that plays on my feelings, regardless or not whether he's being forced to or not.
And to those who might think that I'm too harsh, will let me share with you an English idiom:
If you have no idea what it means, it just simply means that you have to suffer the consequences of what you do. In other words, if you have the guts to make that move, you better have the guts to take up the backlash and the consequences of it. And to whether or not I'm over-reacting or not, you have no rights to say, cause different people have different tolerant levels. Do not your use your standards and tolerance and impose it on me.
Another thing was that we realized that XXX only sent this message to me and AAA and never send it to another of our friend who he also have her number. And our conclusion was simple. We meant too little compared to our other friend that to him, what we think about him does not matter. Hence, he can do such a thing. Because he believe that the impact of it would be smaller if he told us, therefore he told us. I'm too lazy to explain the entire theory now... Zzz
Alot of other things also annoyed me, but this was the starting point of everything..
Well, that's all for this post! One outstanding post once again off the list! KEKE! Well, with this, I shall bid you farewell!
Goodnights! <3

1st September 2012; Chorale Outing@Garden by the Bay
♪ What About Now - West Life
HELLO!
A very good morning to the world! It's 11:56am now here in Singapore. The clouds look a little gray, but the Sun is up and shining (: I'm like currently in my room typing this post out :D
HAHA! okay, so I woke up around 10+, but as usual, I kind of got distracted with videos and all. But thank goodness! I managed to remind myself what I'm supposed to do, hence I'm here to blog about one of the really outstanding post :B Starting with the oldest, Chorale Outing@Garden by the Bay!
So of course, like every story telling feat, we always have to start from the beginning or also, what we should say, the build up to the entire course of event.
So it started a few months back where the topic of a choir outing was brought. Originally, it was supposed to be a chalet, however due to partly lack of response and the lack of venue, the chalet was scrapped. However, Darius kinda insisted that there was to be a chorale outing during the school holidays (something about that Chorale is not just about singing and its also about bonding and all those). Hence, it was suggested Garden by the Bay and soon decided that we were to bomb Garden by the Bay on the 1st of September. And we were going to have potluck, so we need to form like groups and buy/make/bring foods.
So as usual, the family kinda grouped up and decided that we were going to buy pizza from Canadian pizza since they have the buy-1-get-1-free thing on. Next was deciding how on earth we are going to transport pizza to GBTB. Originally we were thinking of just ordering the pizza and ask them to deliver. But then it will be more expensive cause we will need to pay this thing called delivery charge -.- We initially thought of buying the pizzas from a store near GBTB, however unfortunately we could not find any outlets that are near to GBTB. Hence we decided that we will just buy the pizza from a Tampines outlet and then bring it to GBTB since Rachel dad offer to bring us to GBTB(:
With that, me and Priscina agreed to meet up earlier and go to the outlet that we are going to collect the pizzas (she will pre-order it before we meet) and then we will meet Rachel at Tampines 1 the taxi stand there.
So on Saturday, I woke up early, did one session of Science tuition (yes, I give tuition) and then after that was done, I changed and got ready and left a little earlier than the time I was supposed to leave the house reason being that I need to buy a camisole to wear underneath the knit top that I'm wearing. Not that I mind wearing it without the cami, but its like. Urgh, people commenting about it its super annoying and I really hate it. So I decided to avoid the situation and just buy a cami to 'cover up' sufficient skin that was being exposed due to the purposely placed holes of the knitted top. Originally, I just wanted to get a white cami, however I could not find a suitable white one, so I just settled with a light bright blue camisole instead. And I think I just spent $3 on it. Would I buy it again? Well, if its for a very quick 'fix', like what I kinda needed on that day, well maybe yes. But if that's not the case, well then I suppose that my answer might just change in either direction.
Well, so after I got the camisole, I followed the directions given to me that would lead to near her house, where I was supposed to meet her. However, there was a little complication that arose. The direction she gave me was, alight at interchange and following the tracks of the MRT, and you will see a park, walk through the park and you will see a basketball court, and to meet her there. I thought I knew the way cause there's a place that have the exactly same directions and it still led to a basketball, so instantly I thought it was there. However, turned out, I was wrong. The park that she was referring to was at the opposite direction that I headed. When I realized that I am at the wrong side of the MRT, Priscina just told me to meet her at Tampines Mall the Macdonalds there, as her dad has kindly offered to bring us to the outlet instead, which was very kind of him (:
Well, anyway, that day, somehow, somebody agreed and decided that the family will all tie two pony tails, since we are the 'maknae' of the chorale (well, not like really in months but more of years.) And cause I don't have the rubber band, I asked Priscina to bring some. Well... I kind of have some reservations of tying two ponytails cause of the way my hair is cut. Like, the bottom half of my hair WAS shaved and the hair that had grew out were too short to be tied into either ponytails): But, still, I was thinking that if everybody in the family was tying, then I shouldn't be the spoil sport and not tie. Hence I tied it eventually.
When we finally reached the place where we were going to collect the pizza, I realized how near it was to my secondary school, Bedok Green Secondary School. In fact, it was super close to Safra, Tampines! It was just one stop before Safra Tampines' bus stop. Well, that's aside the point. So when we went to the outlet, the 'OPEN/CLOSE' sign was flipped to the 'CLOSE' sign, but the door wasn't locked. There was nobody at the counter, but there were people in the kitchen. So me and Priscina were like giving each other weird glances and were like asking if we arrived during opening hours or is this the norm. And after calling for the employees, finally somebody came to address us. And when they confirmed our order, they told us to come back in 15-20 minutes and the pizzas will be ready for collection.
We then headed to KFC which was next door to grab a drink as it will be pointless to return to the car to just wait for 15-20minutes and then return to the outlet to pick up the pizza. So we just went and buy a cup of Pepsi and shared it while waiting for time to pass. Then Priscina was saying that my hair is pretty messy, and so I re-tied it with my iPhone (on internal camera mode) sitting on the ledge. And I'm sure at that moment, they might have probably thought that I was wack... Well, I'm not seeing them everyday, so it's kinda fine :B
So, soon, it was time to go back and collect the pizza. And we went into the still having the 'CLOSED' sign facing the public Canadian Pizza and waited to collect the order. While waiting, Priscina was commenting that it was super messy. Although I'm fine with messy hairdos, but I'm sure there are people that are not used to it. So instead of just saying that "its okay, I like it that way." I accepted her offer of helping me tie and let her tie. And while she was tying, one of the employees came out, and we were like so shocked. And ohgoodness, that was so awkward :x HAHA! Then the employee just looked at us, laughed then we were like awkward. Goodness, a that time, I really wished the floor would open up and just swallow me! Gosh...): Its so embarrassing please! And I was like telling Priscina that I will not come to this branch ever, cause my reputation is tarnished here. Then Priscina was like, "Reputation? What reputation do you have?"
And with that, we took our pizzas laughing at our little awkward moment and went to the car were Priscina father would take us back to Tampines interchange to meet Zachary and later meet Rachel who has already picked up Angela. And with that, we were on our way to Garden by the Bay! (:
When we reached, we early. So the few of us early birds decided to play some games while waiting for the rest to arrive. The game we played revolved heavily on the theme of sabotage, and somehow, I'm just good at it. I can successfully sabotage (but don't make them lose) the person seating beside me. But it's not like this is a personal battle right. But, well, they get mad whenever I make them get the pile of cards... So after awhile I just gave up on explaining how this isn't personal and just played. But when my dear came, I became more 'kind'(that's what they said), cause I always protect my dear by doing a suicide. But, the thing is, it doesn't matter how much cards I collect at the end of the day, what matters is that I don't have the highest number of cards collected. Cause there is a forfeit for the loser who lost twice, but there is no price for the winner. Hence, there is no need to fight for the first. Instead, we should all help split the load of cards so that its easier to sabotage our common enemy - the creator of the forfeit. Well, this was a protection we pulled out. Cause the forfeit suggested was really too outrageous (in my opinion) and can be very embarrassing. And so, the family decided that the person that approved the forfeit shall be the one that will perform the forfeit. So an alliance was formed and we successfully evaded the forfeit :D
After the forfeit was done, most of the people have arrived, so we began to eat. After eating, we were basically split into 4 groups and we played several games. The only game I can remember (SORRY! :x) is Train Charades. So what we did was that we lined up in one straight line, all facing one direction. The first person in line will first pick a paper that will contain something that we do in chorale and without words, we are supposed to get the last person guess what is the thing that the first person got.
After playing, we went to wander about (which we did not managed to wander much...) and took alot of pictures!
And we even did a faux proposal! HAHA! Purposely blurred the image, btw. :B
Finally, the day ended with a BOMB! 2 flash mobs! HAHA! It was like super random. Suddenly, Joel and Leona were like "Do your want to do a flash mob?" and we were like "OKAY!" So the first one, we just randomly ran up one empty space and started singing "Say a little prayer." Sung finish, then chiong back. The second one we did was a more orderly one. We went and formed our usual choir lines and then with Joel conducting, we started singing "Say a little prayer." claiming it was dedicated to all the couples.
Cause right after we sung finish the song we immediately left, its hard to tell the reaction of the public. And, super paiseh, but, I forgot the ending pose of 'Say a little Prayer', and I did it wrongly ): After that was over, took a few pictures before heading home.
Overall, it was a pretty fun day (: Especially the time I had with my family! <3
Shall end this recap post with a collage of the pictures we took that day.

I managed to remind myself what I'm supposed to do, hence I'm here to blog about one of the really outstanding post :B Starting with the oldest, Chorale Outing@Garden by the Bay!
le Exclusive Family! #hearts
Procrastination
HAS been such a long time since I last blogged! Yeah, I really gotta admit, I'm getting lazy. KEKE... :x well there are really ALOT of things going on with my life, but I'm just THAT lazy to blog! Gosh... ):
Well, I know I probably shouldn't be finding a reason (which many deem as just a plain EXCUSE) to explain my horrible habit of procrastinating things that I ought to do but ain't doing it. In fact, I suspect I might just suffer a severe case of procrastination - not that this is a new concept to me or anything... But, recently, it seems to have worsen a little. It's like I wake up telling myself that I will blog, but turns out? I end up on other pages doing possibly EVERYTHING under the majestic Sun EXCEPT blogging.): And its officially a month since the GBTB Chorale Outing, and I have yet to post about it.
Dang!
However, my blog does look healthy with the regular dose of update. But it's not really a normal blog post which is suppose to (at least) dictate some events that happen that particular day. However instead, those posts are Outfit of the Days (OOTD) which are like a little... /:
My currently outstanding (like crazy) posts are
1) Chorale Outing @ Gardens by the Bay
2) Outing with beloved, Amanda Tio
3) le Prank
4) 22/09 - Cell BBQ cum Birthday "surprise" celebration
5) 28/09 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ze Awesome, Priscina #hearts
6) 30/09 - Mighty Archers, LHMC, celebrates Children Day with a burst of Rainbow energy!
So I have so far 6 MAJOR blog posts to blog about, and one reason why I'm kind of 'dragging' it cause I'm some what convinced that my laptop is more appropriate to post more 'major' blogposts. Thats why. Well, I shall end my little update/rant here cause I'm very well distracted :x
I promise, tomorrow, one post that is in the outstanding list will be up!
Well, that's all from me! Byebi! (:

But it will definitely be up on wattpad (@lyuhyejin) when the storyline and plot is more stable and I have at least the first 5 chapters typed out and all. Will keep you guys updated on [Archangel]. Definitely watch out for it! Thanks(:
