Short Update! ; 14 September 2012

GOODNESS... so long since I've last post. HAHA! Is the blog still alive? No idea...

So well anyway, just a very short update... Don't really think much happened this week...

Well first up, I'm not that well. I've developed a cough through this week. It started like on Sunday, I begun to have this irritation in my throat. On Monday, it still remained and I kinda ignored it and still went for chorale and went home, ate crab... And I think the crab kinda sparked off further irritation... Cause I'm also kind of allergic to shellfish like crab, prawns, oyster etc. On Tuesday, during chorale, I drank bottle of water and asked my friend to buy Honey Lemon to soothe my throat which REALLY worked. However, after that, I raised my voice at a freaking jackass after chorale which most likely explained why it kind of tumbled down hill.):

Wednesday, I was into a semi-cough state and was like forcing words out from my throat in the morning. Now one thing that I took note was that whenever I wake up, my throat will be at its pit bottom. However, as the day progress, my throat would slowly improve. And by the end of the day, my voice would not be hoarse or anything. So although when I wake up I have a little phlegm, when it progressed towards the end of the day, the phlegm was like no longer present. So it was a little hard to tell people how well I am since its so different even in one day lapse. Well, that aside, Wednesday was a rather meh day for me. HAHA! It was a slack and relax day. Cause this week (and also next week) I have a rather 'packed' singing training schedule. I have chorale on Monday and Tuesdays (as per usual) however, for this two weeks, I have signed up for this Vocal training course that is held in church on Thursdays and Fridays by some lady that I cannot remember her name or even how to address her. So it was like out of 5 weekday, I have 4 nights/evenings dedicated to singing. HAHA! So Wednesday was kind of like the only day that I could spend my entire day seating at home, slacking and doing some work. Little though... But.. HAHA! Well, on Wednesday, the only thing that was exciting for me would probably be me dying my hair again! :B The colour that I chose was the hair colour that I chose when I coloured my hair back in January, Marshmallow Brown! Now my hair is a super dark brown colour that would somethimes appear brownish under certain condition, however it wasn't like totally pitch black, so I did not bleach my hair or did something like a preparation step before I coloured my hair. All I essentially did was ensure that my hair was free from all hair products (which I rarely used), mixed the solution, change into my old secondary school uniform (aid removal of clothings when its time to wash of the dye since its a button down shirt.) sat down and started dying my hair. The brand I used was Liese Hair Colour. The hair dye basically works as a foam. So when you express out the dye from the nuzzle, it will come out as a foam, and you just smear it over your hair evenly, massage and make sure that all the product stays on your hair and settle for at least 30mins. For my previous colouring job, I had around chest length hair and cause my hair was super duper thick, the result turned out not as how others would expect. Now don't get me wrong, The colour was perfect (from what alot of people commented) however, instead of dying the entire head, it came out only like a highlight. And because the hair colour isn't that striking to stand out as a highlight, people will often ask me if I had dyed my hair, cause it looks so natural :D Which I think its a compliment :B HAHA. But anyway, now my hair is shoulder length and have at least half of the thickness taken away (temporarily) so I kind of expected the results to be better. Which it really did become better! In the first (January) try, there was barely enough product to 'soak' my entire hair in the foam. However, this time round, it was possible. So I got this very shampoo like effect. Which I felt was a great success cause that was kind of like the 'expected' result and I did not get it before, but I could achieve now. So I was super happy with the result. Yeah! After I rinsed off the dye and all, I was a little scared on how it would turn out, cause when I was staring at the bathroom mirror (with wet hair), seriously and honestly, I could not see any colour payoff. And I was super scared. I was like "shit, did it turn out crap?" And I was kind of worried of the prospect that I have wasted $19.90 of my cash on this product that did not work. However, thank God, just like the previous time, when my hair dried and is under light (natural and artificial alike), the colour would show. In fact, now when I look in the mirror, my hair doesn't look as dark, and at least.the colour is somewhat even :D Now, if there was to be one thing that I did not like about this hair dye, it would be the smell. Up to today, after having 2 washes, my hair still smell of the dye. Which I'm not exactly happy about /:

So that was Wednesday, Thursday was another day of waking up late, have lunch (and breakfast), and then later in the evening I went of for the vocal training which was kind of a repeat on what I've already learnt and practiced in chorale. So honestly, it wasn't really that beneficial or new to me. Cause I do that all the time in chorale. And considering that the singing technique that we use are the same, it was basically pretty much meh. So that was Thursday. Shout out to my beloved daughter, Tiffany for getting me 2 bottles of Honey Lemon! Lovelovelove! <3

Finally, Friday today. Friday was another relax carefree day. Did not do much really. Woke up, had breakfast and then talked with my mum about alot of things until around 4+. Feeling tired, we decided to take a nap. Woke up, had dinner. And today I did not go for the vocal training. Reason being I need to be at home to take care of my sister. So... meh.

Well, that was pretty much all for this week. I am super annoyed with the Tuesday incident, but I don't think I should type it in this post. Since this post was supposed to be solely a update post.

Will definitely try to update more frequently.(:

P.s: On Monday, I was particularly upset because I found out that somebody hacked my old hotmail account that was my main email account. I was upset and a little reluctant to let it go cause... well, firstly who wants somebody to hack ones account right? So I tried retrieving my email by filling in those forms that were aimed to help users who accounts have been hacked reclaim their email. However, because I forgot or rather did not keep track of my email records and the email I have linked my hotmail account with, I could not reclaim back my email and had to create a new email account... ): Reluctant, but had to do so. Now I have a Gmail account. But I want my gmail account to be just solely a backup where stuffs that disallow/discourages hotmail (for example, blogger) and encourages gmail, I won't be at a lost.

If any of my friends are reading this post and need my new email, kindly comment on this post or drop me a SMS. Thanks(:

A lil' pissed; understatement. I'm officially pissed off. We're over. I did not cut this. YOU cut this. Suck it up.

OKAY, first of all, I'm super sick and tired of how I must tolerate you and your gang nonsense when everything you have against me are based from something I didn't do.

Wts? Seriously. Gosh.

You know after seating back and think it over. I found out how you were really treating me. Everything you did to ME. Was not based on what I did to YOU. But was base on what SHE did to YOU. And here you are trying to talk about me not being worth your time? Psh. Nuh-uh lady. It's not ME that it's worth YOUR time. It's YOU that aren't worth MY time.

Honestly, at that point, I was a little unsure about how the relationship between me and her will progress if me and you become friends. And the only end I can think is, me and her will separate. I think I most likely chucked that thought out of my mine, but when I told my mum about it, it came to me that it was unfair and totally stupid. You gave up on me for something that I did not even do. Which is worse? Not listening to your side of the story or you giving up on me for something I didn't do? And for your dear info, if you would see the situation? It was going to be worse if I asked you for your side of the story. Cause in the first place, your initial feud had NOTHING to do with ME. So if I asked you for YOUR side, wouldn't I come off as KPO?! Haven't you thought about that? No. You just kept on insisting that I was wrong for not listening to your side of the story. When in fact, if my opinion really did matter to you, you would ownself come and explain to me and not just simply decide on your own that I'm not "worth your time". Psh.

And then, the thing about indirect tweets? Well for your own beloved info dear, an indirect tweet is a tweet without a mention. So if I did not mention your bloody name, and you STILL think and believes firmly that I'm referring to you, then it only proves ONE thing - you are guilty. So please don't talk about my "insensitive indirect tweets". Like firstly, wts. Most of those tweets weren't even referring to you. So why you take it so personally? And apparently you just can't seem to understand the theory on being "subjective and not objective" (or is it opposite /: )

And throughout the whole bloody time, you just continually complaining to me about how SHE treats YOU. But when I ask you why did you ignore me, the only wrong I can see is the indirect tweets (which wasn't even about you). And for your info, those indirect tweets occurred after you ignored me for about 3weeks already making me so fed up with your attitude.

And when I tell you that you saying that you just ignoring me and saying that the reason wasn't me also hurt me. But you did not even bother to apologize.

So you know what? You don't deserve my time. You aren't worth it at all. She is worth it. When I'm down, she's there to pick me up. If you dare to ask me to pick between her and you, I will confidently tell you, I pick her. Unlike others, I don't give a shit about you. My life is not dictated by your actions. Since you say that "I'm not worth your time." then let me inform you something honey. YOU are not even worth a dime of my time.

So. Goodbye.

OH, and if you think that by your gang ignoring me shows how "powerful" you are, then that just shows how ignorant and immature you and your gang is. Seriously.

You don't deserve my time, respect or emotions. We're done.

A small ripple; an update!(:

Long time no blogggggggg! Well. Considering that I'm mostly at home and all, there's kind of very little thin that is worthy to blog.

HAHA! Kidding, the reason why I haven't been blogging for the past (how many) days was because I was just too lazy to type. Mainly due to the lack of drive. Yeah. Haha!

So today, I shall do a very short (or will it? *smirk) post on yesterday (8/9/12). So yesterday, was one of my ex-net leader's wedding. Honestly, I'm having minor mixed feelings. Well on one hand, I'm happy and super excited for her that she has found the guy of her dreams, the man that she wants to spend the rest of her life with. But on the other, I'm like "meh, you forgot me" seeing that I did not get an invitation. Well, it is probably expected since I'm no longer in VFC and whatever. Yeah, I know. So I feel kinda bad. But still, doesn't it sucks real bad when you are left out on such thing? Haha. Just shows how much you stand in their eyes. But then again. Also can understand. It's her wedding after all. It's an intimate celebration tht is the privilege only to family and close friends. (: anyways, with the bottom of my heart, Congratulations to my dearest ex-Net leader and her husband!(: May your wedding life be full of bliss, joy and peace. :DD
おめでとうございます~

Well, so anyway today was just a pretty lazy day of organizing my iTunes and surfing YouTube. And!!! ZOMG! This song,

♪ The Beginning - ONE OK ROCK

Lik, zomggggg! This song is like so awesomeeeeee! <3 fangirl95! Dk which is more awesome?! It being the theme song for the live action movie of Rurouni Kenshin (which had an IMDB rating of 9.7); or the song having such rough texture yet still keeping the cool factor. Okay. I just don't know how to describe it. But when I heard it, I was like... Gaaaaa *melts

HAHA! Both the movie and the song is a MUST (for me)! Totally in love with the song! And seeing how well reviews after reviews have praised the movie, I'm super looking forward and hoping for it to be aired in Singapore cinemas.

If the movie really is aired in Singapore, It will be a dream come true *starryeyes. HAHAH!

Okayokay, that will be all for now! This post is kinda' like a buffer so that the blog isn't THAT stagnant. (:

Well, that's all from me!

31st August - BGSS Teacher's Day cum 4E1'11 Class Reunion Lunch@Pizza Hut

4E1'11 Class Reunion Lunch at Bedok Interchange Pizza Hut

OH HELLO!

I knew it! I just knew that by posting on my laptop it will instantly change the way that the pictures are posted :DD TEEHEE! Ohwell, today I'm going to do one of my outstanding posts in my list. I know its not in correct order, but uh, whatever... HAHA! this is the post that I was suppose to blog on the 31st August.(: Yeps, you guessed it/saw it, its BGSS Teacher's Day Celebration cum Class Reunion Lunch with ze awesome 4E1'11 :DD HAHA! so without anymore dragging and formalities, lets begin the post :D

SOO, a little background of the events that led up to this day. So initially, it was supposed to be a dinner for the teachers (Teacher's Day Dinner). However, many teachers weren't that readily available for dinner unfortunately. Hence the dinner was scrapped and changed to a lunch instead since it was deduced that most of the Polytechnic students will return for the celebration concert and then the JC kids can join us for lunch! Well, that was the plan that stuck through... but through the whole time in between, there were no confirmed plans. Only until around night of 30th August was the message posted on Facebook that the reunion is still on and we will be meeting at BGSS at 9.00 or 9.30 cause they could not figure out what time the concert start.

Well, anyway, that's for the 'background info' of the outing. So on 31st August, I could have sworn I will definitely reach the school after 9.30am cause I woke up a little later than I have intended and was super freaked out. Well, kinda. HAHA! So initially, I was like, heck, I will slowly prepare for "school" since I'm well, already late (; but turns out, even with me preparing slowly for school, I still managed to reach school before 9.30am. Well, maybe it was partially due to the fact that the buses at 9 in the morning are faster than the buses at 6 in the morning. Well, makes sense cause at 9am, the crowd is pretty much dying down? Idk. That question is meant for SBS and not me... So, on to the topic... So while I was reaching the bus stop at the school back gate, I saw Guan Ning and Mark. And I was like, I gotta catch up with them. So when I alighted, I immediately walked as briskly and the same time gracefully as I could possibly do so with the song Rainbows by Alice Nine blasting in my ears. Well talk about some strut! :D LMAO.

Well, I did managed to catch up with Guan Ning and Mark as I met them at the school gate whilst registering. Really thank God! Will never know how it will turn out if I didn't meet Guan Ning cause I will most likely be like a ostrich and find some place to hide :x HAHA, but I did! Which is super awesome! That I met Guan Ning. We hung around at level2 outside the hall for awhile before realizing that Jolyn and Wei Ling are at the third storey the 'balcony' looking over the hall. So we went up there to meet them, although it wasn't allowed from what he guard say, we are only allowed at the hall and canteen... HAHA! Well, we 'bumped' into few students, teachers but they all said nothing, so we just continued seating there watching the horribly done concert.

Like watching this year's concert, I'm so thankful that I have already graduated and need not view this kind of crappy quality emcee-ing. Its really really horrible. Emcees are suppose to be capturing the audience attention and distract them from the little details that are happening on the stage. Which this year's Teacher's Day Concert emcees did not do and in fact did a super terrible job in! Like please, when the curtain is closing don't make a very dull statement and quickly say your next line and leave the stage and leave the stage empty with only the curtains slowly winding towards each other. You are supposed to distract the audience by talking as excitedly as possible so that they will not be able to realize so obviously that the curtains are closing. Really really face palm to the core. And if you look at the performers... bangs wall. Could they kindly have at least one relatively more 'professional' act? Gosh! And a 30 minutes concert? Goodness gracious... The concerts organizers only have one way to go now. Up. They can't go down any further.

Well, so that was pretty much how the concert "progressed" so to speak. Well, after the whole concert ended and stuff like that, we went to visit a few teachers... Well, actually, we just mainly hogged around Mrs Tan, our FAVOURITE English teacher that we all adored, station and just chatted. LOLOL

Miniature Class Photo with ze awesome English teacher - Mrs Tan Kim Mooi (who was wearing a wig!)

So after taking a few pictures, we decided to finally leave the staff room and go to the canteen where we gathered into groups and just chatted while waiting for time to just pass and for others to come and join us at school.

Girls of 4E1'11 that met up first at Bedok Green; and of course with a few onlooking boys... :B
Me and Laogong trying to do the iPhone-ception or something like that! HAHA! One of the better shots :D

全家福 - Jialiang, Chloe, Yvonne

Well, after waiting for awhile more, we finally made our way to Pizza Hut for lunch. Actually, there was a big debate on where to go as when we first called Pizza Hut, Pizza Hut said that it could not fit us all... So we decided to settle for Long Johns Silver which was beside Pizza Hut and have lunch instead. A few other places came into the discussion until the final verdict came in and it was said that Pizza Hut could squeeze us all in(: So we happily went to Pizza Hut and took up to 20 seats and ordered Student Meals (which offered us free flow of Pepsi :B)

Girls Table

Me and Laogong raving about our similar food choice! Lasagna

After eating and making alot of noise, we finally concluded our reunion lunch and all headed our individual ways...

Well, in mere conclusion... I thought that this was one of the more successful "unofficial" reunions consider that it was kind of like still a school day and the details were only confirmed last minute and we rendered near 50% attendance. However, obvious at it is, the clique is still present as little mix happened, well we were still in our little cliques and all... Also, it was a pity that there was a need to split up to the 2 groups and seat (although at close proximity) apart. This also made one group (which apparently was the girls group) had little bonding with the teacher. So for us, it was more of a reunion rather than a Teacher's Day Lunch... But I still think it was awesome and great. Really caught up with people that I really really love like Jia Liang and Yvonne. My 2 family dearest! HAHA! So instead of being grumpy and complainy about the reunion, I should be grateful to the organizers instead. So really thank you to Shu Hooi who planned this! :D

Will end this photo with my favourite picture for the entire day(:

Deja vu; Hubby-Wifey picture - Madness @PizzaHut

HAHA! I really adore this picture cause I felt like my smile was the most natural... OH! Something I learnt from Mr Brain! Do you know that you can't consciously smile naturally? Why? Lemme quote from Tsukumo Ryusuke; Mr Brain
"When people are in a situation where they want to smile, the brain's frontal lobe, the area connected to the heart, sends the command to the face, miraculously controlling about 50 muscles to create a natural smile. On the other hand, if you consciously try to smile, the order "Laugh! (or can also be translated as Smile!)" is given out by the motor system. But the muscles can't be controlled by force, so when you do it, your smile will be very stiff, right? So, to have a naturally cute smile, there's only one way. Smile unconsciously." - Tsukumo Ryusuke; Mr Brain

That means, that smiling is actually an action manifested by an emotion. So only when you are feeling the emotion of joy, than can a "natural nice" smile be shown. Hence, the saying which says that to give off a natural smile, one way is to think of an event that made you happy. Cause when you remember it, you will feel the happiness and joy hence making you smile unconsciously.

So this can also explain why candid shots are often nicer than planned shots. This is so as the person is unaware of the camera, as such the feeling and expression that is shown is the raw feelings and expression of the person. Hence, making the smile beautiful and radiant.

Well, this will sorta conclude my post on 31st of August (:

Mr Brain /J-drama/

Whoosh!

Once again typing on my trusty but a little bothersome laptop... Haish...

Well, as your probably have already known from my previous few posts, School holidays are finally here! HAHA... so I mentioned that I have been spending my time organizing the files on my computer. Well, today, I did not really do that... In fact, what I really did was to complete the entire season 1 of Mr Brain! HAHA! okay, now that is partially true. Out of a total of 8 episodes, I've completed 7 episodes in less than a day! Biggest accomplishment thus far (I believe...)

Mr Brain is simply a really brilliant drama with just the correct amount of teary moments, spine tingly moments, humorous moments and the right amount of chemistry between the main characters. Simply beautiful! Also, who can ever forget the Original Sound Tracks (OST)? Everything is so well written! From the plot to the musics. Brilliant! It can so totally beat any of those cheesy cliche Korean drama ANY day. Props to the directors, producers and actors for such a brilliant piece of drama. HAHA! Okay, now this is really just my personal stand. And seeing how poor the quality the dramas shown in Singapore, this kind of standard is really mind blowing! I mean the relationship between the characters are able to hint to the viewer that something might JUST bloom, but during the entire course of the show, nothing ever progress (as far as it can be seen on the screen), but the show continuing hinting it just that no actual evidence is shown that there is something actually going on. The drama is super focused on what it is suppose to be showing which is solving the case instead of showing and investing screen time on those nonsensical, unnecessary romantic fluff (something that I really like about Japanese dramas). As such, the drama is not only up-paced and not draggy but also super juicy.

Now, at first, I was reluctant to start on the drama although I heard pretty good comments about it. Now why is that so? Cause just like other normal teenager, I was only interested in dramas that the idol I adore is acting in. And looking at Mr Brain, at the current moment, I wasn't really into ANY of the characters (at that moment, and still do, I'm insane over Toda Erika and Matsumoto Jun) so I gave it a pass. But recently, I started to watch more dramas that don't have them acting in and also listened to more musicians and slowly, I got hooked to KAT-TUN (specifically Kamenashi Kazuya) and Gackt. And through the wheels of fate, I saw a snippet of an episode of Mr Brain that featured Gackt as a cannibal who after killing his victim would sever their limbs and eat it. He was, however, soon apprehended and brought to prison for his trial and all. And one of the scenes that was shown was that during his psychiatric examination, the examiner(?) asked him why do he consume human flesh, and he casually replied
"WHY do you eat beef?"
and then stabbed the examiner's hand with the pen. And while the examiner was yelling in obvious pain, Gackt pounced on him. After that, it was shown that Gackt tried to bite the fingers off several guard till they had to put some weird mask on him when he was out of his cell. After which, it was said that Gackt bit off his fingers. During his execution, when asked for any last words, he just said (sadistically)
"I'll be called back from the dead (laughs) I will kill you all and come feast upon your flesh (side glance to an officer) I will definitely be reborn"
Sad to say, Gackt somehow really fit that character! I was super intrigued by how well he fit the role, but still that did not serve as a motivation to make me watch the drama. So I just breezed past it. Today, I finally came upon the very same video, and this time, I felt like perhaps I should watch the drama, especially since the episodes are so conveniently uploaded on Youtube in running order with FULL English subtitles (because I still can't understand Japanese yet). So I begun on the episode that featured Gackt, episode 2 which dictated about the "reappearance" of Gackt (playing the role of Takegami Tejiro) fingerprints and style of crime 3 years after his execution making many believe that he had indeed resurrected from the dead (like what he promised before he was executed) especially since the deceased was those who was related to the seemingly 4th case that Gackt did. However, it soon was proven that Takegami Tejiro did not resurrect. The crimes were committed by another person who was indirectly related to the "4th murder". So after that episode end, while it was rolling the 'ending credits' and the preview to the next episode, guess who I saw? Kamenashi Kazuya! Instantly I knew that I had to watch the 3rd episode, which when I did, it seriously blew me away. After episode 3, I saw how interesting episode 4 looked. And I begun on episode 4. The case in episode 4 did not end at episode 4, it pulled into half of episode 5 and slowly slowly, I was so drawn into the whole drama that I just can't stop. It was so full of excitement and FRESH ideas. Seriously. All the crime were either well planned, or just way too complicated for a normal person to figure out. Even when you THINK you know the motive and everything, they will somehow always be able pull out their Ace card from their sleeves and laugh at you as you see (with your jaw drop) the real truth unravel. Marvelous story!

And to add to their ingenuity, every episode starts with either an "experiment" which will in one way or another lead to the eventual solving of the crime. Brilliant thinking and it really demonstrates how knowledgeable the writer of the show is!

Not to forget the Original Sound Track (OST)! It is beautifully written and composed. Especially those composed/chosen specially for episode 4 and first half of 5! Those were uber breath taking. Not only the actor that acted his part as a pianist with memory disorder but also the pieces that he "composed". I find it really a pity that none of those songs can be found on Youtube or Google/: its really such a pity... Or is it that I'm not searching hard enough? Either way, I'm a little disappointed...): ... *le sigh*

Anyway, as this is not suppose to be a summary of the show, I will not type out explicitly what will happen therefore no spoilers. However, I'm super tempted to do so! HAHA. We'll see how it goes (: I MIGHT most probably write a short write up per episode just to keep my typing skills and English skills up to standard(: LOLOL, regardless, I would highly recommend EVERYBODY to watch this drama at least once through. Not that I want to boast, but when it comes to detective dramas, Japan is really able to capture the feel of suspense in it! Highly recommend everybody who comes upon this post to watch it whenever possible(:

Well, that will really conclude this post on Mr Brain! Hopefully there will be a season 2 to this awesome series :D

Worship Practice! _ for the month of September!

Okay, actually. I have really no idea why I'm gonna blog about this... But well... Maybe I'm just too lazy to re-read my previous posts (I wonder why...) HAHA. WELL, since I'm gonna use by laptop to type the post on those outstanding posts, so I will like just blog about today's worship practice.

Well, I don't think I have mentioned this. But if I have, then awesome. Not, I will just mention it now. I'm part of the youth worship team. Although I'm not really an active member in the youth ministry. Ironical, but true! HAHA! So what happened was really like an open door.

Cause from I think secondary 2, I was super drawn to the worship ministry. But just that I was afraid to actually step up. And also I did not really think that I was prepare enough to serve the Lord. Also it was the timing issue. Haha! So anyways, that was really how I felt then. The drawing towards the ministry did not end. But it was always sort of like not the correct timing. So I did not join the worship ministry. (Actually all this is a domino effect. But shall save it for another time). So how I actually joined the worship team was through an invitation from one of the leaders, Kenneth. And because before that, my mum was also saying about me going into the worship ministry (not team) so when it was offered, it immediately came to me that this is the correct time. And I accepted it without hesitation. And through this, the promise that I felt God put in my life that through my time in worship, the floodgates of heaven will open and pour his presence over the church , is slowly slowly being fulfilled. And it's super amazing and beautiful to see his plan over my life and for the church being unraveled slowly but surely. Through this worship journey, though short, but I really find it super fulfilling and encouraging. It encourages me to continue trusting in God even though at the current moment, the promises presented are hard to believe that it will come true, but still trust and put your faith in him. For his word will never return void. (:

Okay, so this is briefly how I entered te youth worship team :DD.

So today, actually I don't really need to attend the practice cause I'm not going to be at main service during the 5th Sunday. Cause on the 5th Sunday, the kids ministry will be celebrating Children's Day. And so me and Eugene both agreed that the kids will be very happy if their teachers (including me cause I'm teaching for this 2months) are there to celebrate it with them. So I'm like okay can. So I song be on the worship team for this months 5t Sunday. So initially I did not really want to go for practice. But then later, I'm like okay. Go there accompany Tiffany. That's why I went(: HAHA!

So we practiced 2 songs. And just skimmed through the other 2 songs. So in total there is 4songs. The 2 songs that they practiced, I knew the songs so they were kinda like easy. But the other 2 songs I wasn't that familiar. But still managed to cope with it!(;

Yah, this is really all that I can say! HAHA! What 4 songs were chosen...? I only can remember Come Holy Spirit, Here in your Presence and Jesus Come (or is it Come Jesus?)

Yah... So we first hear the song how it sounds like, then we will try it ourself. The songs chosen are in my comfort zone. So I'm pretty okay with it(; sadly I'm not able to join them for 5th Sunday. But hopefully me being with them during practice will give them moral support(:

OHH! Somehow it's always hinted that my voice is like the one that just somehow cannot be blended with the team /: maybe I'm over sensitive or what. But yah. /: idk. Cause I sing relatively higher than the rest of the team.../: is that why my voice can't blend? Cause my voice is relatively rounded leh. So I can't figure out how my voice can't blend. >< cause during prayer they got once said that pray that we will understand that worship is not about the individual but how we sound as a whole... /: and the only individual that has a audible round sound is... Me.

Well that is just an assumption. Might not be referring to me. HAHA! Well, I'm kind of like looking forward to the vocal training that will be on pretty soon. Yah! HAHA!

I still have 3 posts outstanding. Will try to post them soon. Will see how it goes!

Till the next post!

BUSY WEEK?! :O

OH HAI!

This week was insane. I swear. HAHA! But also at the same time, it was super duper über excitedly fun! So the first 2 days of the week (Monday & Tuesday) were my exam days and I think I had prolly already blogged about it :O

*looks back* yes, I did! HAHA! But that was only part 1 right? I still have part 2 owing which is mainly about the after party(: so yeah, that will be up soon(:

Anyway, Wednesday and Thursday were rather normal days, jus slacking at home enjoying life, of course(: helped mummy prepare the ingredients for vegetable curry and whnever possible, try to spend time with my mum.(:

During this 2 days, my laptop remained on. Cause recently I have been trying to organize the stuff that I download from my phone to my laptop or vice versa. Cause it tends to be so messy. So I really need to clear it up and organize. Another reason is due to the fact that my memory space on my iPhone is dwindling until I can't download any new songs /: so that was basically my "work". My images are more or less already organized properly (I think...) but my mp3 files are like zomg...): it's super hard to organize them. Okay. Maybe I did not really have much problem with the ORGANIZING... But it's like super hard cause somehow, iTunes sometimes is unable to read my requests and perform appropriately... Like one example was like after I completed one round of editting the mp3 file datas (e.g: album, album art, year etc.) I sync my phone. After syncing was done, I went to check my library. And guess what? I had like several repetitions of songs. Okay, they weren't really replicas. But it's like one copy will be the outdated version. And the other is the updated version /: so it really gave me some problem /:

Anyway! Yesterday (Friday, 31Aug) was a pretty eventful day! Went back to my alma mater, Bedok Green Secondary to view the Teacher's Day Concert, visit some teachers and also at the same time, have a tiny reunion(; I will talk about this in a later post, meanwhile, I will try to satisfy your appetite by sharing a (very failed) group shot taken after lunch at pizza hut.

Today (Saturday, 1Sept) was an equally eventful day! Cause we finally had our first official chorale outing! Where did we go? We went to GBTB! - Gardens by the Bay which is somehow nearer to Bayfront compared to Marina Bay O___o I think. Haha! Well anyway, today was super fun! Had food, games and finally, a flash mob. Yeah, you read correctly! We did a flash mob at Gardens by the Bay. Talk about awesomeness at its peak! HAHA! Great time of bonding with le Famiglia(: and once again, the outing to GBTB will live posted at a later point in the month/week. So do look forward to it. (:

So that's all for the updates of this week, 26Aug to 1Sept. :DD

Outstanding Posts:
1) 28Aug - Part2
2) 31Aug - Teacher's Day cum Reunion
